A message from our State President, Sherry Fitzgerald

Ohio Jaycees,
Over the last few years our state has made great strides to improve training, bring in visitors, meet goals and grow our membership. I hope to be able to follow these great examples and continue on the path to success. In 2008 I want to bring “T.L.C.” to our state. TLC is Teamwork, Leadership and Commitment. For teamwork, we have a wonderful State team in place who is excited about the positions they hold and will work hard to help the local chapters to reach their goals in 2008. For leadership, we have many members who have stepped up into leadership positions and we will offer many training opportunities for member to further their leadership skills and abilities. I hope you will take advantage of the opportunities offered. And for commitment, we have members whose level of commitment to this organization is phenomenal. It is through this commitment that our organization can reach so many people and help so many communities on a local, state, national and international level. I hope 2008 strengthens this teamwork, leadership and our commitment to our chapters, communities and organization! Please support me in this effort and lets make Ohio not only grow in numbers, but in teamwork, leadership and commitment!
